Talk to your doctor to see if Brand® is right for your child. Your doctor's staff will then submit your information to CompanyCare®, or you can call CompanyCare® directly at 1-888-668-6444 to have your benefits checked.
CompanyCare® checks with your insurance company to make sure you’re eligible for coverage and passes the information on to you or your healthcare provider—usually within 1 business day.
Your Case Manager will call you to explain how we support you and answer your questions.
CompanyCare® will also send you a Starter Kit in the mail.
